The Institute for Industrial Development and Technological Innovation (IDIIA) is concerned with the training of personnel in the sector, investing in training programs such as FORMIND. To continue to satisfactorily meet the training and capacity-building needs of industries, IDIIA is responsible for the following training centers: Fadário Muteka – CFFM, located in Huambo province; the Metallurgy Technical Training Center – CFTM, located in the urban district of Ngola Quiluanje; and the Viana Advanced Technology Industrial Center – CITAV. Through these centers, IDIIA offers opportunities for the effective implementation of continuous training and professional technical development.
